Payment questions
How long does a Come deposit take?
A deposit marked successful should reach your balance within 2 hours. Stuck on Processing usually clears within 24 hours; a failed payment refunds to the original method automatically.
What is a UTR and why does support ask for it?
The Unique Transaction Reference your UPI app prints on every payment, usually 12 digits. It lets Come's payment team trace a specific transfer, so screenshot the payment page when a deposit goes missing.
Why is my withdrawal still processing?
Bank holidays, network issues and match-day load slow payouts. If one sits unusually long, send Customer Service your withdrawal ID; they track it with the processor.
Does Come charge deposit or withdrawal fees?
Come lists charges, if any, on the cashier screen before you confirm. Watch that line rather than assuming either way; banks sometimes add their own small fee on UPI.
Why must the bank account be in my name?
Payouts go to accounts matching the verified player to stop fraud. Paying into someone else's account is both against the rules and unrecoverable if it goes wrong.
